About the role
- As a Senior Consultant at Valent Partners, you will play a critical role in the de sign, execut ion, and deliver y of s olutions for our clients ' toughest business challenges. On a typical day, you will contribute to complex multi-threaded projects, streamline client business processes and technology environments, develop go-to-market strategies, or
- execute change management initiatives. You will work alongside clients and interface with executive stakeholders under the guidance of Valent account leads to plan and execute successful client engagements. Internally, y ou will collaborate with other Valent leaders to contribute to business development and operational activities to build the Valent
Responsibilities
- Community service engagement with local non-profit partners
- You prioritize and intentionally develop relationships
- We employ principles of mature agile development to deliver high quality value to clients faster
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar
- Minimum of two years of experience in program leadership, technology consulting, systems integration, or related role
- You have an ownership mentality, changing circumstances instead of accepting them
