About the role

  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Operations Manager, the CNC Programmer is responsible for program development, design interpretation, machine set ups, trouble shooting and quality control.
  • Create and edit CNC programs for machining parts and components using AP100 and VPSSRi systems.
  • Interpret design specifications, blueprints, and CAD models to develop CNC programs.

Company info

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years experience as a CNC programmer or machinist with AP100 and VPSSRi systems
  • Proficiency in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code) and CAD/CAM software, with experience in AP100 and VPSSRi systems
  • Certifications in CNC programming or machining
  • Familiarity with specific CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with design teams and production staff
