Responsibilities

  • Work may include routine maintenance, installations, inspections, emergency repairs, and renovation support.
  • Perform electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs for residential and commercial
  • Install and maintain lighting, outlets, switches, panels, circuit breakers, and electrical systems
  • Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time on task
  • Support the maintenance of a safe environment by participating in training and drills as requested.
  • Maintain confidentiality of records relating to client's treatment.
  • Regularly walk, stand or stoop; occasionally lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 100 pounds; and regularly drives a motor vehicle.
  • We are seeking a reliable, experienced Electrician to support a wide range of residential and commercial electrical projects, repairs, and maintenance needs across in the Baltimore area.
  • They represent typical elements and criteria necessary to perform the job successfully.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work
  • Familiarity with local and national electrical codes
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in property management or multifamily housing maintenance
  • Ability to estimate project costs and materials
  • The ideal candidate is a licensed professional who can work independently, troubleshoot effectively, and complete projects safely and efficiently.
  • May be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in certain situations.
  • Must carry or be willing to obtain general liability insurance (if 1099)
  • Comfortable working in occupied units or tenant environments

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • vocational training or certification is a plus.

  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Own tools and reliable transportation

Compensation
