Responsibilities
- Work may include routine maintenance, installations, inspections, emergency repairs, and renovation support.
- Perform electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs for residential and commercial
- Install and maintain lighting, outlets, switches, panels, circuit breakers, and electrical systems
- Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams as needed
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time on task
- Support the maintenance of a safe environment by participating in training and drills as requested.
- Maintain confidentiality of records relating to client's treatment.
- Regularly walk, stand or stoop; occasionally lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 100 pounds; and regularly drives a motor vehicle.
- We are seeking a reliable, experienced Electrician to support a wide range of residential and commercial electrical projects, repairs, and maintenance needs across in the Baltimore area.
- They represent typical elements and criteria necessary to perform the job successfully.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work
- Familiarity with local and national electrical codes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in property management or multifamily housing maintenance
- Ability to estimate project costs and materials
- The ideal candidate is a licensed professional who can work independently, troubleshoot effectively, and complete projects safely and efficiently.
- May be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in certain situations.
- Must carry or be willing to obtain general liability insurance (if 1099)
- Comfortable working in occupied units or tenant environments
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- vocational training or certification is a plus.
