Revenue Transformation Strategy: Partner with senior GTM leaders in the FinServ space to design and execute strategies that modernize their revenue operations through Gong's AIOS.
Adoption and Change Management: Execute adoption initiatives that drive behavior change and embed Gong into daily team rhythms.
Renewal and Expansion Management: Own the renewal strategy and execution, partnering with cross-functional teams on growth
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire customer journey

10+ years proven experience in managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders
Track record of owning relationships with senior (VP and C-suite) stakeholders and owning value and ROI conversations
Experience working with FinServ customers, or working in the FinServ industry
Passion for driving customer centricity by leveraging internal stakeholders such as Sales, Product, Support, Marketing and executives
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
Passion for driving customer outcomes and contributing to a high performing and accountable work culture

At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.
Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $89,600- $129,500 USD + 30% variable commission based on performance.
