  • Conduct pre- and post-conference research, monitor key congresses, and translate evolving science into pipeline opportunities and BD positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development Support
  • Lead needs assessment development for new therapeutic areas adjacent to General Medicin e, building expertise as new portfolios are pursued.
  • Provide grant development review and support throughout the submission process, ensuring scientific accuracy and alignment with BD priorities.
  • co-develop concepts and scientific narratives for supporter meetings.
  • Owns the scientific quality of funded programs from kick-off through milestone delivery.
  • Collaborate with external writers, providing scientific direction and ensuring deliverables meet internal scientific standards.
  • Lead kick-off calls with Program Management, faculty, and writers to communicate program scope, scientific goals, tone, and timeline expectations.
  • Collaborate with presenting faculty to ensure content accuracy, maintain faculty relationships, and accommodate their availability while protecting program timelines.
  • Develop pre/post assessment questions, surveys and refining tools to better measure knowledge, competence, and performance change.
  • Lead interim and final report reviews, ensuring scientific accuracy, completeness, and clarity of outcomes narrative before submission to supporters.

Requirements

  • Advanced clinical or scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, NP, or equivalent).
  • Track record of abstract, poster, and/or peer-reviewed publication output.
  • Experience in medical education (accredited and non-accredited) strongly preferred.
  • Experience developing needs assessments, scientific content, and outcomes-driven programs.
  • Comfort working with KOLs, advocacy partners, and commercial supporters.

Compensation

  • The expected salary range for this position is $125,000–$150,000, determined by relevant experience.
