Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly share reporting and support performance analysis for our five core brands.
  • Deliver executive summaries and strategic recommendations to brand teams.
  • Support 6P analyses and competitive deep dives to inform brand strategy.
  • Partner with Brand, Finance, CMI, and MMC teams to align on business drivers and build a cohesive narrative for the BU Leadership Team.
  • You will have the opportunity to lead meetings with cross-functional team members and drive decisions to achieve one common goal.
  • You will work with your cross functional partners to prepare inputs for key activities; understand business drivers and work together to build the narrative for the BU Leadership Team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, with 3+ years of experience in CS&P, Marketing, Finance

  • The BPT also oversees Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Net Revenue Management (NRM), with a shared mission to fuel sustainable growth.

Compensation

  • The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000.
  • Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
