Responsibilities
- As an Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying new opportunities to leading product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and closing business.
- By understanding each prospect's goals and challenges, you'll build trusted relationships and clearly demonstrate how SQUIRE can support and grow their business.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline by prospecting barbershop owners through outbound calls, email, social media, referrals, and industry events.
- Identify key decision-makers, manage follow-up activity, and maintain momentum throughout the sales process.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and qualification through product demonstrations, negotiation, and close.
- Lead engaging product demonstrations that connect SQUIRE's features to customer needs, business outcomes, and measurable value.
- Partner closely with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth handoff and successful customer launch.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect and build your own pipeline.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at different stages of the sales process.
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience with consistent quota attainment in a high-volume, self-sourced role ( such as inside or phone sales, SDR/BDR, door-to-door sales, canvassing, commission-based retail, or SMB field sales ).
- Develop a strong understanding of each prospect's business, challenges, and goals to tailor your approach and recommendations.
- Curious and eager to develop a strong understanding of the barbershop industry, SQUIRE's platform, and the customers we serve.
