Responsibilities
- Distribute menus to guest as they are seated Manage seating and reservations to ensure guests get the best experience Answering calls before open hours and during shifts to handle guest reservations and inquiries.
- Manage floorplan to ensure efficient and excellent service throughout a given seating.
