About the role
- Scopely is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join our growing Employee Relations (ER) team.

Responsibilities
- Partner with ER, Employment Law, People Operations, and other stakeholders on company-wide policy, training and employment-related compliance
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of compliance initiatives
- Support the rollout and scaling of training programs across regions
- Standardize and maintain key employee documentation, including, offer letters, employment contracts, policies, etc.
- Manage and triage employee concerns raised through various company channels
- Support documentation and tracking of ER-related matters
- High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple workstreams
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in HR, Employment Law, Employee Relations, People Operations or related field
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment
