Responsibilities

  • Performs multiple clinic functions in case of staffing shortages.
  • Creates and maintains an atmosphere of teamwork and high staff morale.

  • or one to two years related experience and/or training, familiarity with medical terminology, demonstrated ability in leading, motivating, and managing staff, experience with high-volume transaction medical or clinical practice environments in which customer service and satisfaction are priorities, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two to four years supervisory experience in women's health practice or related clinical setting.
  • EHR experience, preferable with Epic.

THE WORK OF PPGP Planned Parenthood Great Plains has been a leading provider of sexual and reproductive health care for more than 85 years, serving women, men, and families in communities across Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. Each year, we provide care to more than 30,000 people across our four-state region through in-clinic and telehealth appointments. Compensation

  • The Health Center Manager works collaboratively with the Nurse Practitioner and Director of Health Center Operations to achieve high patient satisfaction and clinic productivity.
  • The Health Center Manager assures the success of the agency through effective management of personnel, budgets and information systems.
  • The Health Center Manager manages and supervises clinic operations, achieving high patient satisfaction and clinic productivity and assuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • The Health Center Manager is responsible for daily reconciling, cash handling and bank deposits.
  • Assures that the Director and appropriate Risk Management and Medical Management teams are aware of potential Incident and/or Occurrence Reports.
  • Schedules staff to ensure adequate coverage in all clinic areas.
  • Verifies patient insurance benefits and assist with filing and processing.
  • Works with the Vice President of Health Services to maximize revenue and Family Planning visits to ensure productivity standards are met.
  • Analyzes monthly financial reports and Family Planning statistical data along with the Vice President of Health Services.
