About the role
- The ideal candidate will have solid experience managing supplier invoices, reconciling accounts, and processing payments accurately and on time.
- This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work closely with suppliers and internal teams across different time zones, particularly aligning with U.S. Eastern Time.
- We trust you to: Match and verify supplier invoices with purchase orders and goods received notes.
Responsibilities
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and ensure timely payments.
- Manage supplier aging reports and payment terms.
- Maintain a clean and organized accounts payable ledger and filing system.
- Upload bank statements and perform daily bank reconciliations.
- The trunk represents the support we have for each other, making our team strong.
Requirements
- Experience with US companies Experience working with Netsuite Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
