About the role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our Finance team.
- Reporting to the Assistant Controller, this role will be responsible for supporting the month-end close process, maintaining accurate financial records, managing key accounting operations, and assisting with audit and compliance activities.
- This position will play an important role in ensuring the integrity of financial reporting while helping to improve and scale accounting processes as the business continues to grow.
Responsibilities
- Ensure an accurate and timely month end close by providing management and support to the accounting close process.
- Oversee and manage T&E policy compliance, process employee expense reports in SAP Concur and provide relevant accruals as needed.
- Manage day to day relationship with vendors including communication as well as ensuring timely processing of vendor invoices in Medius and NetSuite.
- Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies across core accounting and reporting processes and responsibilities.
- Partner with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and accuracy of related financial results and reporting.

Requirements
- 5 to 7 years' accounting and reporting experience
- ERP experience
- What We Offer
- $100,000/yr - $110,000/yr
- exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for participation in a discretionary bonus plan based on individual and company performance.
