About the role
- The Provider group is embarking on a critical phase of growth and technical modernization.
- To guide this evolution, we are hiring a Sr.
- Staff Software Engineer to serve as the overarching Technical Individual Contributor Leader for the entire Provider organization.
Responsibilities
- Extensive experience operating as a principal or lead architect for a major product domain or engineering group.

Requirements
- 10+ years of related professional experience.
- Specifically, full-stack experience building modern database-backed (SQL/NoSQL) web applications and experience with microservice development
- With the knowledge and hands-on experience driving all phases of the development lifecycle: planning, specing, execution, and measuring success, post-launch maintenance
- Experience working on highly complex projects with a focus on achieving sustainable results
- Influence Without Authority: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence engineering direction and product strategy across multiple stakeholders.

- Start-up experience
- Previous experience in products with high reliability/accuracy requirements (finance, mission-critical systems, etc.)
- Experience with "on-call", ability to deep dive complex issues and drive them to resolution independently
