Responsibilities

  • Prepare marketing materials, track opportunities, and keep CRM data organized to support Cidel's growth initiatives.
  • Cidel is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support our Marketing and Communications team in building, maintaining, and evolving a brand trusted by high net worth clients and institutions across the globe.
  • The Specialist will manage day-to-day digital operations, contribute to content strategy and creative production, and ensure a polished, cohesive brand presence across every channel.
  • Business Development Support: Prepare marketing materials, track opportunities, and keep CRM data organized to support Cidel's growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in digital marketing, brand communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or a comparable CRM platform
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram for professional brand communications
  • Proven ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling, on-brand content at scale
  • Experience with Kling.ai or other AI-driven animation and video tools
  • Knowledge of financial services, wealth management, or a premium brand environment is a desirable asset

Nice to have

  • Bilingual capability in English and French or English and Spanish is a welcome plus

Compensation

  • $55,000 -60,000 per annum depending on skills, and experience
