Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair inverters, trackers, and other systems on site.
- Perform retinue testing and repair of DC electrical circuits.
- Manage on site inventory and equipment.
- Perform electrically safe testing procedures on all components on site before maintenance begins.
- Perform all solar site activities not listed above.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of electrical principles knowledge
- 1+ Years of solar experience
- Ability to mostly work in an outside environment
Nice to have
- Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) programs
- Electrical testing equipment knowledge (multimeter, IV Curve Tracer, etc.)
- Basic SCADA system monitoring and application experience
- Medium and High Electrical Voltage experience
Skills
- An O&M Field Technician Tech I will work closely with trained personnel to improve their knowledge and skills in the solar industry.
- Basic understanding of common hand tools
