Determine workload assignments across associate pool in line with individual competencies and business needs to drive team productivity, timeliness, and quality service level agreements.
Drive and oversee key department operations including the execution of core Reporting tasks and the adherence to policies and procedures
Collaborate closely with department head and other operations managers to improve cross team execution, alignment, and partnership.
Own a range of department wide projects, process, and/or initiatives on behalf of broader management team.
Lead a culture that promotes high engagement, is responsive to employee needs, and promotes an open innovative workplace.

Experience managing a team and engaging with employees across varying tenure and hierarchical levels.
Skill in serving high profile clients and ability to represent the firm in a highly professional manner.
Ability to operate with discretion is essential.
Proven project management skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and areas of the firm, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Base salary range for this role:

BA/BS with 4-10 years of professional work experience
experience within the investments industry, specifically within performance or client reporting, a plus

107000 Pay Range Maximum:
In addition to the listed salary range, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package.
Actual placement within the stated salary range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as internal equity.
