Requirements
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience operating CNC bending equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and specifications
- Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication environment
- Ability to work safely with precision equipment and heavy materials
Nice to have
- Experience with TRUMPF bending machines (TruBend series or equivalent)
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles (5S, TPM, SYNCHRO)
- Forklift or overhead crane certification
