Responsibilities
- Lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for advanced soft tissue repair device systems
- Partner with Research and Development and Quality teams to support design for manufacturability and ensure robust production processes
- Develop, validate, and implement equipment, fixtures, and tooling for assembly and inspection
- Support the transfer of processes from development into high volume manufacturing
- Execute root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production challenges

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering such as Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or a related field
Nice to have
- Entry level to two years of experience in manufacturing engineering or process development
- Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with continuous improvement tools such as Lean or DMAIC

Compensation
- In addition to base pay, we provide competitive bonus and benefits, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, and a variety of wellness offerings.
- The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $65,000-$97,500 USD annually.
