About the role

  • Job Description: Maintenance Supervisor The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the facilities program by maintaining the value and overall condition of the asset.
  • This role will ensure the completion of service requests, oversee the Preventative Maintenance program and completion of capital projects, in addition to leading the Facilities Team members.
  • The Maintenance Supervisor is organized and a proficient problem solver.

Responsibilities

  • Order, maintain, and manage inventory of supplies, parts, and tools in accordance with the maintenance budget.
  • Assist the CM with developing, maintaining, and managing spending in the maintenance category items in the operational budget.

  • The employee may infrequently drive a vehicle (intrastate and interstate travel) or be subject to air travel for purposes of Company business.

Compensation

  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to support the bid process for capital projects and annual Turn contracts.
