Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive working relationship with all stakeholders, including clients, governmental agencies, employment partners, service providers, etc.
  • Maintain an updated client database and track client engagement in services, and accurately document case management activities in the State database daily
  • Performs other tasks as assigned
  • Prior experience developing, evaluating, and implementing milestone-driven service plans
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trusting relationships

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Nice to have

  • Multilingual proficiency, preferred
