About the role
- The Residential Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and resident experience across a growing residential portfolio.
- This role provides leadership to on-site teams, ensuring are well maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently while fostering strong relationships with residents, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Property Operations & Resident Experience Oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing residential portfolio, ensuring communities are safe, well-maintained, and professionally managed.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional resident experience by responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, curb appeal, and overall property condition.
- Oversee parking administration and support day-to-day building operations.
- New Community Launch & Stabilization Lead the operational transition of newly completed residential communities from construction to occupancy.
- Partner closely with internal construction and development teams to identify, track, and resolve deficiencies while minimizing resident disruption.
- Establish operational processes and building standards that support long-term success.
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts for key services including landscaping, waste removal, pest control, snow removal, security, and other building services.
- Manage operational considerations associated with an active construction environment while ensuring a safe and positive resident experience.
- Support occupancy, revenue, and resident retention objectives across the portfolio.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
Compensation
- Financial Management Assist in the preparation and management of annual operating budgets.
