About the role
- - Serves as the alternate contact for all security related matters regarding the MILCON program.
- - Assist the Lead Security Embed with overseeing the management of construction security operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Security Embed with overseeing the management of construction security operations.
- Assist in developing, modifying, implementing and storing the Construction Security Plans (CSP) per each project.
- Review's, design/construction drawings, RFI's, submittals, and any project/contract related changes and provides security guidance and recommendations.
Requirements
- Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience managing complex projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Microsoft Project
- Proficiency with developing project management plans, leading multi-discipline teams of architects and engineers from a variety of organizations, and monitoring/reporting project status
- Experience with new building construction
- TS/SCI REQUIRED/Current CI Poly
- Attend and participate in all project/program related meetings and engagements when required.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
- Highly skilled in customer service and diverse stakeholder engagement
- Competent in reading and understanding construction drawings/specifications and knowledgeable in standard construction industry practices
