About the role
- The Consultant III is responsible for leading the implementation of solutions by ensuring successful deployment, customization, and adoption of the solution.

Responsibilities
- Partner with project managers to plan and execute solution implementation tasks in alignment with client objectives.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, provide analysis of current solution workflows and designs, and validate implementation tasks address gaps.
- Use valuable insights on business workflows to provide recommendations to client executive teams for leveraging the solution capabilities based on their objectives and challenges to create efficiencies.
- Serve as an advisor to clients by offering advanced consultation on solution configuration and leveraging sophisticated features that optimize user experience.
- Deliver advanced training sessions for designated clients on intricate solution functionalities and tailor the approach to accommodate diverse user needs thus maximizing the solution's usability.
- Manage project forecasting, including resource utilization and effort estimates, ensure timely timesheet submissions, and oversee issue and case management to support successful project delivery.
- Perform other job duties assigned.
- The scope of this job includes leveraging project management skills and knowledge of technical functionalities to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality implementations on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 4-6 years relevant work experience
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Salesforce, including reporting, case management, and workflow tracking.
- Willing to travel up to 50% based on business needs
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time

- Educational assistance up to $2500 per year
