About the role
- We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing legal team.
- This role will involve representing clients in personal injury cases, from initial consultations through trial, to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Draft and file litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests/responses, demands, motions, and legal memoranda.
Requirements
- 2+ years of personal injury experience.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing pre-suit operations, personal injury litigation, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to provide high-quality legal representation.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the Ohio Bar. Kentucky Bar in addition is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage a large volume of cases leading to favorable outcomes.

Skills
- Exceptional client service and communication skills, with a client-first approach.
- Superior writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
- Familiarity with case management software and legal research tools.
