About the role

Responsibilities
- Effectively manages small projects or sub-teams, including coordination of resources outside of own area.
- Ability to provide support and guidance to peers, customers and manager in key projects and opportunities with minimal assistance.
- Ability to lead, support and participate on project teams
- Ability to deliver results on schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field required.
- 4+ years relevant experience required.
- Specialized knowledge of metallurgical principles, standards, methods and practices.
- Specialized knowledge of metallurgical and production equipment.
