About the role
- The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring exceptional client service at a client office.
- Will be responsible for the supervision of all employees at the site, including hiring, recruiting, assignment of work, training and development of their professional skills.

Responsibilities
- Hires, trains, supervises, evaluates and develops all personnel assigned to the site
- Previous supervisor y experience in a client service - oriented field, preferably in a professional organization providing office services or administrative support
- Ability to lead others in a professional manner
Requirements
- Demonstrates proficiency in explaining all products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules and guarantees to the client
- Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
Compensation
- The Compensation range for this role is up to 24.85 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
