Responsibilities
- You'll lead or contribute to loss elimination projects using our Unified Problem Solving (UPS) methodology.
- Data Analysis & Value Creation: Leverage data management and visualization tools (e.g., Databricks, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to analyze trends, generate actionable insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Support & Develop: Support daily production line activities, build long-term capabilities, and coach Equipment Operators to ensure perfect execution of standard work procedures.
- Collaborate: Work with technical experts, other functions, and manufacturing sites to create the best solutions.
Requirements
- Have a BS/MS degree in Engineering.
