About the role

  • Prepare and Teach Assigned Courses Prepare courses that align with program and institutional outcomes and include expected content that is appropriate to the level and type of course.
  • Evaluate and Advise Students Evaluate student achievement impartially and in accordance with college guidelines.
  • Provide regular, timely feedback that accurately measures achievement of the course learning outcomes.

Requirements

  • Support student success by maintaining regular office hours to advise students regarding course content, degree completion, and career preparation.
  • Accredited Master's Degree with 18+ graduate credit hours in teaching field
  • Work Experience Required
  • Ideal candidates must be born-again Christians and must be dedicated to training young people for serving God; and must desire to educate students based on biblical values and be committed to excellence as a Christian educator who glorifies Christ as the source of all wisdom and knowledge.
  • An assessment may be required to be considered for this position.

Compensation

  • Update courses annually through evaluation of student achievement, as well as input from students, academic administrators, curriculum committees, and benchmarking.
