About the role

Prepare and Teach Assigned Courses Prepare courses that align with program and institutional outcomes and include expected content that is appropriate to the level and type of course.
Evaluate and Advise Students Evaluate student achievement impartially and in accordance with college guidelines.
Provide regular, timely feedback that accurately measures achievement of the course learning outcomes.

Develop course syllabi that clearly outline course requirements, scope, and sequence.
Perform General Responsibilities

Support student success by maintaining regular office hours to advise students regarding course content, degree completion, and career preparation.
Accredited Master's Degree with 18+ graduate credit hours in teaching field
Work Experience Required
Ideal candidates must be born-again Christians and must be dedicated to training young people for serving God; and must desire to educate students based on biblical values and be committed to excellence as a Christian educator who glorifies Christ as the source of all wisdom and knowledge.
An assessment may be required to be considered for this position.

Update courses annually through evaluation of student achievement, as well as input from students, academic administrators, curriculum committees, and benchmarking.

Provide classroom, laboratory, or private lesson instruction from a Christian perspective in a manner designed to assist students in achieving course learning outcomes.
