About the role
- BASIC FUNCTION Conducts routine analyses and tests of various components of a quality control program comprised of data analysis, systems evaluation, product assessment, and quality technology.
- Conducts analysis and tests of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure conformity to specifications in a manufacturing environment.
- Assists in preparing reports on rejected or defective materials or products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corrective actions with Suppliers, OSV and assist with internal Manufacturing.
- Assist with the Manufacturing & Quality Team to troubleshoot quality issues on the production floor and implement process improvements that reduce defects and variation.
- Manage vendor audit program, attending and conducting regular audits with our suppliers, collaboratively with Quality, R&D and Purchasing.
- Create and manage an internal Material Review Board, tracking non-conforming components and OSV products and actions needed to correct.
- Develop a robust understanding of our Raw Materials, Outside Vendors and manufacturing processes.

Compensation
- Pay range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 depending on experience and job history.
