Salary range $70,000 - $80,000 annually. *full-time and part-time permanent status colleagues.

Develop and monitor systems, train and educate employees on reporting hazards and workplace processes to minimize injuries in the workplace.
Manage all hotel emergency systems including key control system, security monitoring system, CCTV and fire panel systems.
Lead the hotel's Fire & Life Safety Program, ensuring compliance with all applicable legislations, fire codes and corporate standards.
Lead and develop strategies, communication, training and coaching of all employees for emergency systems, fire response and evacuation procedures and protocols.
Manage business continuity and crisis management programs including training, record keeping, and updates to documentation.
Maintain thorough knowledge of WorkSafeBC worksite requirements and ensure compliance at all times.
