Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain the appearance of common areas, grounds, and amenities.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of outdoor spaces, including sidewalks, parking lots, and landscaping.
- Maintain outdoor landscaping, including mowing lawns, trimming bushes, and planting flowers.

Requirements
- If you have a passion for maintaining cleanliness, ensuring top-notch amenities, and providing a sparkling first impression, then look no further!
- 0-1 year of experience in custodial/ maintenance work.
- Ability to communicate with our associates and residents in order to provide customer service.
Compensation
- $43,500.00 - $60,500.00
