About the role

Reporting to the Business Director, you will play a key role in shaping account strategy, driving growth, and ensuring the overall health of your accounts.
This role combines leadership and delivery oversight, with a particular focus on publications (approximately 70%) alongside broader medical affairs deliverables.
As a senior leader within the unit, you will contribute to the wider leadership agenda, supporting the Business Director in shaping capability development, driving best practice, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the unit.

Identify and develop organic growth opportunities within existing accounts, contributing to overall revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing client services team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams across scientific, editorial, project management, creative, digital to deliver integrated solutions.
Support the Business Director in shaping account strategy, capability development, and broader unit initiatives.
Proven leadership expertise, including managing and developing high performing teams.
