About the role
- Grypho5 is one of four battalions fighting threat actors on the front lines of the global cyber war.
- This role will report to the Managed Services Maintenance Manager and is 100% Remote.
- This role will work a 4on4off shift pattern, with a 4 week rotation across days/swing/night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Implement updates and patching to supported software and hardware systems
- Maintain a general understanding of Conversant Group Products & Services
- Obtain and Maintain Select Vendor Engineer Certifications
- Collaborate with Clients, Peers, and Managers to aid in Successful Support of Services
- Manage dynamic and competitive priorities
- The NOC Engineer I role will be responsible for incident response in accordance to company standard operating procedures, scheduled maintenance, and remediation efforts in support of our Managed Services Solutions.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of Information Technology work experience, preferably in Managed Services
- Technical Degree in Information Technology, related field, or equivalent work history
- Experience working for and within IT for the Legal Industry
