About the role
- In addition, he/she has the exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's thought leadership agenda and key strategic initiatives, often collaborating with the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team.
Responsibilities
- A strong command of consumer understanding will be essential in developing insights that enable consumer-first planning across a wide range of audiences, starting with Hispanics & beyond.
- Create frameworks and methodologies for approaching major strategic issues, leveraging existing intellectual capital and developing innovative concepts.
- A track record of brilliant thinking that leads to unexpected, truly creative work.
- The Multicultural Strategist will work closely with the Executive Creative Director, Social & Influencer Leads and report into the President.
Requirements
- 8+ years of agency experience required.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Compensation
- $125,000 - $150,000 salary range
