About the role
- About Medsien Medsien is revolutionizing healthcare through cutting-edge remote care management services.
- This is not a remote position; you will work directly with physicians and care teams in person to assist with patient engagement and care coordination.
- This is a 1099 role Monday - Friday 9-5pm ET Detroit, MI area
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a care management or chronic disease management role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clinical staff and patients.
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and clinical processes.
- Willingness to travel to different clinic locations in the Detroit, MI area as needed.
