About the role
- Ingram Content Group (ICG) is searching for a Sr.
- Business Systems Analyst to join our team in La Vergne.
- Facilitate project meetings and presentations to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed business systems and processes to identify and implement improvements and opportunities for library cataloging and processing systems.
- Support migration to modern.NET and API platforms.
- Creates user stories/uses cases, process & data flows and scenarios to clearly communicate a set of functional requirements.
- Collaborates closely with developers to implement requirements.
- Assists with developing QA test plans for accuracy and completeness.
- Volunteer opportunities and in-kind drives for non-profits throughout the year
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science OR 4 years Analyst experience (Business, Systems, Process or Technical)
- This position will require 4 days in the office, candidates must be in or willing to relocate to the Nashville, TN region.
Nice to have
- Experience working with modernizing software applications.
- Ability to work in multiple databases and platforms.
- Experience with customer feature implementation.
- Order Management or fulfilment experience is a plus.
Compensation
- $84,895k - $107,643k.
- This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
