About the role
- As an Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle - from business development and estimating through execution and closeout.
- You'll serve as the single point of accountability for project delivery, ensuring scope, cost, and schedule goals are met while maintaining client satisfaction and safety standards.
- The typical project values range from $250K to $4.5MM in the heavy commercial and light industrial sectors.
Responsibilities
- Manage electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Lead budgeting, scheduling, change management, and cost tracking
- Maintain strong client relationships and pursue new business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver technical documents, proposals, and presentations
- Provide value engineering analysis to optimize cost and efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial/commercial electrical project management
- Expertise in electrical systems + general knowledge of mechanical, civil, and structural work
- Proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
- Self-motivated with strong leadership and time management skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites at a minimum every other week

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
