About the role

  • We're looking for a Recruiter to own high volume hiring across Transport Operations at Atoms.
  • You'll partner directly with operations leadership to build the teams keeping our physical systems moving - and you'll do it with the speed, rigor, and bar-setting that scaling real-world infrastructure demands.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for high volume transport operations roles - from intake through close.
  • Partner with hiring managers and operations leads to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and align on hiring strategy
  • Drive proactive sourcing through Indeed, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, and referral pipelines to build deep candidate pools ahead of need
  • Design and iterate on interview processes - ensuring they are structured, consistent, and predictive of on-the-job performance
  • use data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
  • Proven track record closing roles in transport operations, fleet management, last-mile delivery, or related functions - you understand the talent landscape and can build credibility with ops hiring managers

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume hiring
  • Proven success managing high-volume recruitment across multiple open roles in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this role is $120,000-$160,000 per year.
