About the role
- This position will play a significant role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems and applications.
- The individual will leverage their strong technical expertise and leadership skills to contribute to complex projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate on architectural decisions.
- The individual will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration and Technical Contribution: Collaborate with senior engineers to provide guidance on technical implementations.
- Support junior team members, helping them enhance their technical skills.
- System Design and Architecture: Participate in system design and architecture discussions.
- Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to contribute to the design of complex software systems, focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions using various programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Assist in defining project goals and timelines, and manage tasks effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues promptly.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Significant professional experience as a software engineer, with a focus on complex software development, preferably in a large-scale, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as GO, Python, or others Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design principles, and architectural patterns.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud computing, and related technologies.
- Demonstrated technical leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior engineers.
