Requirements

  • 7+ years of work experience in finance and/or accounting with a bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile.
  • The employee is also required to interact with a computer and communicate with peers and co-workers.
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Nice to have

  • Collaborator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change management
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and critical thinking skills including a proven ability to translate financial data into actionable insight
  • Exposure to Operations and/or accounting for Operations
  • Experience in navigating and working within a matrix organization
  • Experience with Medtronic financial systems including SAP, One Stream, and Planisware
  • Cost Accounting Experience
  • Solid accounting (GAAP), financial and business management foundation
