7+ years of work experience in finance and/or accounting with a bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile.
The employee is also required to interact with a computer and communicate with peers and co-workers.
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Collaborator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfort with ambiguity and change management
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and critical thinking skills including a proven ability to translate financial data into actionable insight
Exposure to Operations and/or accounting for Operations
Experience in navigating and working within a matrix organization
Experience with Medtronic financial systems including SAP, One Stream, and Planisware
Cost Accounting Experience
Solid accounting (GAAP), financial and business management foundation
