About the role
- Job Description: Hai Hospitality (Uchi, Uchiko, Uchiba) is accepting applications for an experienced Restaurant Assistant General Manager for Uchi Nashville (coming soon!).
- This position reports to and works cohesively with the Assistant General Manager and General Manager to provide incredible dining experiences for our guests, and to guide and direct the FOH service team.
- Our restaurant concepts include Uchi, Uchiko, Uchiba, and Loro.
Requirements
- Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees
- Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Ability to work in a variety of temperatures, both hot and cold
- Ability to use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, such as ovens, grills, and knives
- Ability to work in close proximity to coworkers in a crowded kitchen or serving area
