Responsibilities

  • Opportunity to build skills in production, maintenance, and material handling
  • You'll observe, learn, and perform a wide variety of tasks, often serving as a relief or backup operator while gaining experience.
  • Help prepare, stage, and deliver process supplies
  • Learn and perform forklift operation duties as needed
  • Support plant operations through additional assigned tasks and basic clerical work

Requirements

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts (days or nights)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to work under close supervision and follow safety protocols

Nice to have

  • Position typically starts on night shift
  • Weekend work (Saturday & Sunday) required
  • Mandatory overtime is a condition of employment
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x for all hours over 40/week
  • Competitive base pay of $20.60/hour
  • $1.00/hour night shift differential
  • Overtime pay at time and a half
  • Hands-on training across multiple plant operations
