  • You'll play a key role in shaping our data integration strategy and enabling us to onboard customers at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the architecture, design, and implementation of complex pipelines for AI agents and data ingestion sources
  • Work closely with the engineering and product teams to improve onboarding speed and build a robust data strategy.
  • Collaborate on code reviews and technical design documents to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, with a focus on building data pipelines and integrations.
  • We care more about your drive, hustle, and passion than a college degree from a shiny institution or experience at name-brand companies.

Compensation

  • The base pay range for this role is $150,000-$275,000 per year.
