- You'll play a key role in shaping our data integration strategy and enabling us to onboard customers at scale.
- This has meant that very few solutions have emerged in the market that are actually able to solve the unique challenges of small medical practices (and even larger ones).
- We've begun to crack this challenge, and the work that we've done so far has enabled us to seamlessly onboard new data sources in days, not months.
Responsibilities
- Drive the architecture, design, and implementation of complex pipelines for AI agents and data ingestion sources
- Work closely with the engineering and product teams to improve onboarding speed and build a robust data strategy.
- Collaborate on code reviews and technical design documents to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge
Requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, with a focus on building data pipelines and integrations.
- We care more about your drive, hustle, and passion than a college degree from a shiny institution or experience at name-brand companies.
Compensation
- The base pay range for this role is $150,000-$275,000 per year.
