Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, distribution center or similar environment.
  • Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks, including a national criminal record check and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
  • Must have a valid passport.
  • Ability to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods.
  • Ability to physically move around the office, organize or transport files, packages, or other office-related materials.

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and similar business applications
  • Ability to interpret company goals, strategies and values to inspire an inclusive and engaged workforce
  • Outstanding verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Relationship management and demonstrated ability to establish trust and credibility with designated employee group(s)

Compensation

  • The expected salary range for this position is $70,000-$82,000 annually. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.
