  • Meetings and Events Planner (Contract) The Meetings & Events Manager is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of internal and external events.
  • The successful incumbent will have the opportunity to work on high-visibility events for Bayer CropScience within an inclusive and diverse team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of internal meetings, and small customer events
  • Develop event strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership teams
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and event communication plans
  • Manage vendors (AV, production, catering, etc.) and ensure quality delivery
  • Support live event production including show flow and execution
  • Develop and manage event budgets, including tracking expenses, reconcile budgets, and ensure financial compliance
  • Develop contingency plans and partner with security teams as needed
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • We use AI tools to support our recruitment process, including helping us organize applications and identify early matches based on role criteria.

Requirements

  • University degree or diploma in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in event planning or meeting management
  • A valid passport is required (for potential U.S. travel)
  • Experience managing large-scale national or international events
  • Knowledge of corporate event compliance and procurement processes
  • Familiarity with brand and marketing activation strategies
  • Experience with Canva

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this role is between $66,560 and $99,840.
