This person will be responsible and accountable for delivering a quality product on schedule and within budget for each project.

Daily communication with Project Manager, Trade Leads, Superintendents, and key stakeholders across ongoing projects
Manage multiple projects under the supervision of the MEP PM
Maintain key relationships with project owners, Creature superintendents, Creature skilled labor, and any subcontractors
Manage expectations with clients to ensure timeliness and accuracy within projects
Creature is a fully integrated design, manufacture, construct firm based in Birmingham, AL.
Creature is seeking an Assistant Mechanical Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects across the country.
This individual needs to work with a high-level of ownership, be a sharp communicator and problem-solver, and lead projects with excellence from start to finish.

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Office, Outlook)
Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
1+ year of proven and relevant experience
Ownership versus Coordination - The more you divide up the tasks, the more coordination is required.

Mechanical Engineers preferred
Background in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field is highly preferred

You will take ownership and manage multiple projects alongside Creature Superintendents, therefore strong vision and leadership is a non-negotiable.
