8+ years of experience in commercial, omnichannel, digital, or marketing enablement roles within biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences organizations.
Strong understanding of life sciences commercial ecosystems, including brand strategy, field engagement models, digital channels, and data-driven decision making.
Experience working hands-on with brand teams to translate strategy into execution across multiple channels.
Experience leveraging data, analytics and emerging technologies (including AI-enabled tools) to enhance customer experience, content and omnichannel execution.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority in a matrixed organization.

Define and operationalize standards for personalization, audience targeting, content deployment, and cross-channel measurement.
Ensure omnichannel execution aligns with compliance, legal, and regulatory requirements, partnering closely with appropriate stakeholders.
