About the role
- This is a manager's job, not a sales associate's.
- We are not looking for someone to do everything themselves.
Responsibilities
- We sell and install residential tile, stone, and flooring, and we're building toward a full design-and-install operation under one roof.
- We're hiring a Store Manager to run the showroom and own how it grows.
- You run the day to day, you own the numbers, and you're the owner's right hand on where the business goes next.
Requirements
- You've built a plan, brought it to a decision-maker, and executed it, and you know the difference between work you should do yourself and work you should hand off.
- A track record of long-cycle relationship selling.
- You've nurtured a relationship for months before it paid off, and you can keep many of them moving at once.
Nice to have
- Comfort running a CRM and keeping data clean (Floorzap, RFMS, ProTracker, or similar is a plus)
