About the role
- Product Transformation & Roadmap Ownership Visionary Leadership: Completely overhaul the current product roadmap.
- Customer-Centric Innovation: Spend significant time in the field to translate customer pain points into software features that delight users.
- Identify tuck-in acquisitions or strategic partnerships that provide immediate technological advantages or market access.
Responsibilities
- Move beyond simple tracking to predictive analytics, automated compliance and decision support.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to arm them with value propositions that wins in the hospital space.
- Own key metrics e.g. LTV, CAC, NRR, ARR, Churn.
- Work alongside executive leadership to perform due diligence, develop integration plans, and ensure that acquired assets deliver immediate value to our core SaaS offering.

Compensation
- The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 160,100.00 - 297,800.00
