About the role

- In this role, you will help lead our efforts in identifying, recruiting, and retaining top-tier talent.
- This position is essential to advancing our strategic business goals by ensuring we have the right people in the right places to drive performance and innovation across the university.
Requirements
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum qualifications for a Talent Specialist I: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and one full year of HR related experience.
- Minimum qualifications for a Talent Specialist II: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and three full years of full cycle recruiting experience.
- Minimum qualifications for a Talent Specialist III: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and five full years of full cycle recruiting experience.
- Compensation and classification is based on the analyses of the above qualifications during the recruitment process.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of HR systems including Workday or other HCM application, background investigation and credential verification.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or similar field of study.
- More than one year of experience of recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring activities.
- Experience coordinating recruiting activities through HR representatives in the field.

Compensation
- Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire's experience.
